Making a reservation with CLTI Limo constitutes your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions of service.

 

General Terms

CLTI Limo services are intended for customers who need limousine and car transportation services within the area listed on our Rates page. Upon special requests, CLTI Limo can arrange transportation to other areas as well.

CLTI Limo reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any given time without notice. The Terms and Conditions governing any reservation, are those present on this web page at the time the reservation is made.

Our Airport Pick Up Procedures, Rates Disclaimer and Privacy Policy are part of our Terms and Conditions of service. Placing a reservation with CLTI Limo constitutes your agreement to above named items as well.

 

Rates, Estimates/Quotes and Final Amounts Due

Published rates are good for their corresponding vehicle, service category and route (when applicable) and are subject to change without notice. They include all applicable taxes and fees. Any additional services, including, but not limited to, waiting time, extra stops, meet and greet, special requests, etc., will incur additional charges. 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the final bill for all airport runs, point to point transfers and hourly rates. Special package rates include gratuity.

Estimates/quotes are based on our regular standard rates and all the information the customer provides when requesting an estimate/quote. They are only for informational purposes. Any changes in the details of the trip will, in most cases, result in a different rate.

Final amounts due are determined at the end of the trip and are based on our standard rates, any estimates/quotes provided by us and all the details of the actual trip.

Reservations

CLTI Limo only accepts reservations made by phone and online (through our secure Online Reservations Center). No email or fax submitted reservations are accepted.

Online reservations are accepted 24 hours in advance at the latest. Phone reservations are accepted 1 hour in advance at the latest.

All reservations are subject to availability and guaranteed only after a confirmation number has been provided.

All reservations must be secured with a credit card. No reservation will be complete, and therefore, confirmed unless it has been secured. For personal information safety, CLTI LIMO WILL NEVER CONTACT ANY CUSTOMERS WITH UNSECURED RESERVATIONS TO REQUEST CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

 

Cancellations

All reservations for an airport ride with a sedan must be canceled by phone 2(two) hours in advance at the latest or by email 24(twenty four) hours in advance at the latest. All reservations for any sedan service (other than airport rides) must be canceled by phone or email 24(twenty four) hours in advance at the latest.

All reservations for an airport ride with any other type of vehicle must be canceled by phone 12(twelve) hours in advance at the latest or by email 48(forty eight) hours in advance at the latest. All reservations for any type of service (other than airport rides) and any type of vehicle (other than sedans) must be canceled by phone or email 48(forty eight) hours in advance at the latest.

All reservations canceled later than above mentioned time frames, are considered late cancellations and will incur a late cancellation fee equal to our published rates, published packages and/or quoted rates plus 20% gratuity.

 

Changes Of Reservations

All change requests are subject to availability. Any change requests that CLTI Limo cannot accommodate, are considered cancellation requests, unless the customer decides to keep the reservation under the original details. If the customer decides to cancel service due to our incapacity to accommodate the new requests, the same conditions regarding time frames as above "Cancellations" terms apply.

 

No Show

A "no show" is a customer's failure to be at the pick up location at the scheduled time without previously canceling the reservation or making changes to a reservation for a new pick up date, time and/or location.

Getting in the wrong vehicle is treated as a no show as well. (As a guideline, CLTI Limo will never send a taxi cab to pick up our customers. Whenever something doesn't seem right, we encourage you to ask the driver of the vehicle you are about to get in some information about your reservation that only our driver would know, such as: your name, our company's name, your confirmation number.)

We encourage all customers to not leave their pick up location before contacting us and speaking with one of our dispatchers.

The charges for late cancellations apply to no shows as well.

 

Waiting Time

All customers with a reservation for a ride to an airport or a point to point transfer benefit from a 15(fifteen) minutes grace period. After the 15(fifteen) minutes grace period has elapsed, waiting time charges will start accruing at $15(fifteen) for each additional set of 1(one) to 15(fifteen) minutes of waiting time for sedans and $20(twenty) for each additional set of 1(one) to 15(fifteen) minutes of waiting time for all other vehicles.

 

Customer/Passenger Conduct

A responsible and well mannered conduct is expected from all customers/passengers riding in any one of our vehicles at any given time. Moreover, all customers/passengers are required to conduct themselves in accordance to these Terms and Conditions. CLTI Limo reserves the right to immediately terminate any ride and contact the appropriate authorities (when the situation requires) whenever customers are not in compliance with our Terms and Conditions without any refunds.

For exemplification purposes, the following can be categorized as misconduct and, therefore, be grounds for termination of service without any refunds: abusing the audio/video system in the vehicles, smoking, consumption of illegal narcotics, consumption of alcohol beverages by minor passengers (even when done with parent consent), blunt disrespect towards the driver, behavior that will result in damages to the vehicle, etc.

 

Maximum Seating

Each of our vehicle's maximum seating capacity is clearly stated on our Fleet page as well as on each one of our rates pages. Under no circumstances will we accept any reservations for a vehicle for a number of passengers higher than that vehicle's maximum seating capacity. Under no circumstances will our drivers accept more passengers than the vehicle's maximum seating capacity. Please do not insist to have things differently. It is dangerous, unlawful and not covered by our insurance policy.

 

Payments

The person making a reservation is the person responsible for that reservation and for payment of services we render, even when the reservation is made for another passenger.

CLTI Limo accepts both cash and credit cards as forms of payments. The following credit cards are currently accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Payments must be made in cash or credit card to the driver upon drop off for rides to and from the airport, and upon initial pick up for all other types of services.

All payments made with a credit card must be accompanied by one of the following government issued forms of identification: state issued identification card or driver's license or US Government issued passport.

CREDIT CARDS PROVIDED DURING THE RESERVATION PROCESS ARE FOR SECURING THE RESERVATION ONLY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE WITH A CREDIT CARD YOU WOULD STILL HAVE TO PRESENT IT TO THE DRIVER. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE TRIP PREPAID, PLEASE MENTION THIS TO OUR RESERVATIONS AGENTS OR IN THE COMMENTS BOX IN OUR ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM SO WE CAN ARRANGE THE PREPAYMENT.

 

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in any of CLTI Limo vehicles. All vehicles used by our company are categorized as public spaces. Therefore they are under the incidence of the Illinois Public Act 095-0017 often referred to as the "Smoke Free Illinois Act", which prohibits smoking in public spaces. Please do not insist with our drivers to allow you to smoke. It can cost both of you.

 

Narcotics, Illegal Drugs and Underage Drinking

CLTI Limo fully complies with Illinois laws regulating possession, sale or consumption of narcotics or any other type of illegal drugs and underage drinking.

We hereby inform all customers/passengers that it is illegal for any passengers under the age of 21(twenty one) to possess, sell or consume any type of alcohol. It is also illegal for any passengers (regardless of age) to possess, sell or consume narcotics or any other type of illegal drugs. CLTI Limo reserves the right to immediately terminate service (without any refunds) and contact the appropriate authorities whenever customers disregard this rule.

 

Lost/Misplaced Items

CLTI Limo and/or its representatives (including drivers) cannot be held responsible for any items left in the vehicles during or at the end of any type of service.

 

Damages

The person responsible for a reservation is the person responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle by any of the passengers. Such damages include, but are not limited to, alcohol spillage, vomiting, broken or chipped glasses and decanters, broken, scratched or in any other way damaged TV screens, DVD players and CD players, radios and speakers, gum on any interior or exterior parts or surface of the vehicle, broken, scratched or in any other way damaged parts and surfaces of the vehicle, etc. The minimum charge for any such damages is $100(one hundred). Should this amount not cover the repair or replacements of damaged components, CLTI Limo will bill the customer and customer agrees to pay all amounts owed.

 

Luggage Handling

We highly appreciate any intentions of helping our drivers with loading/unloading the luggage. However, we must ask all customers that they refrain from doing so. Otherwise, as per our "Damages" terms described above, they are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle while helping with the loading/unloading.

 

Other Important Information

CLTI Limo shall not be held liable for delays or services not rendered due to conditions beyond its control. Such conditions include, but are not limited to, acts of God, mechanical breakdowns, severe weather, road conditions and closures of roads, fire, flood, natural disasters, communication delays, etc.
