What area do you service?

CLTI Limo serves the entire Chicago Metropolitan Area, as well as a few locations outside of it. For a complete list of suburbs we cover, please visit our Chicago Limo Rates page. Upon request we can provide limo transportation and service to other areas as well, including Indiana and Wisconsin. Please use the “Request A Quote” option in our Secure Online Reservations Center or contact us for limo rates to and from locations other than our regular service area. (Back to top)

What are your hours of operation?

CLTI Limo offers limo services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including all major holidays). Our reservations and dispatching center is also open 24 hours a day. Please feel free to contact us at any time. (Back to top)

What type of vehicles do you carry?

We currently have Lincoln Town Car Sedans, Lincoln Town Car Stretch Limos and Ford Expedition SUV Stretch Limousines. While we do not normally take reservations for other types of vehicles, we can certainly go the extra mile for our regular customers to arrange limo transportation in other types of vehicles. How early do I need to reserve my limo?

As a rule of thumb, the sooner the better. Especially for special events, such as weddings, proms or other hourly charters on weekends during the spring, summer and fall. Our services are in high demand during these seasons, so the sooner you make your reservation, the higher the chances for us to have a limo available for your desired date. As for airport service, placing your reservation up to 24 hours in advance guarantees availability. Anything shorter than that is guaranteed only for regular customers. (Back to top)

Are your limos smoking or non smoking?

All our limos are non smoking so that we can provide a clean air ride for all our customers. Also, due to the fact that limousines are categorized as public spaces, they fall under the incidence of the Illinois Public Act 095-0017 often referred to as the “Smoke Free Illinois Act”, which prohibits smoking in public spaces. Do you provide child safety car seats?

Yes we do, for an additional $10 for each seat. Please make sure that you mention you need a child safety car seat when making your reservation. Our vehicles do not carry the car seats with them all the time, so it is important that we know in advance that you need one. You may also bring your own car seats. All our vehicles are equipped with the proper seat belts for hooking any standard child safety car seat.(Back to top)

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash and the four major credit cards: Visa, Master Cared, Discover and American Express. Please note that even when you opt to pay for your services with cash, a credit card still has to be provided when placing your reservation.(Back to top)
