Making a reservation with CLTI Limo for a pick up at Chicago O'Hare International Airport or Chicago Midway International Airport constitutes your agreement to follow the procedures outlined below which are part of our Terms and Conditions of service.

We understand that the following procedures may be somewhat of an inconvenience and a little confusing (especially for passengers flying into O'Hare or Midway for the first time, passengers traveling with children and passengers with disabilities). However, they are a result of the security measures imposed by the City of Chicago and the FAA. All limousines, limousine companies and limousine passengers must follow them.

It is extremely important that all passengers understand that it is illegal for any limousine to proceed to the loading zone until it has been assigned a passenger. Also, all passengers must be standing on the curb ready to be picked up when the limousine they have been assigned pulls up.

 

Pick Up at O'Hare without "Meet and Greet" Service

Follow the signs to the baggage claim area assigned to your flight. Please do so even if you do not need to claim any luggage.

Make sure you have collected all of your luggage and that you have attended to all other needs (such as going to the bathroom). Also please identify the door/vestibule number you are at. (If you arrived at Terminal 5 you need to identify door/vestibule number 5D.) The easiest way to do this is by looking above your head as you walk through the door leading to the outside of the terminal. All door/vestibule numbers start with a number (1, 2, 3 or 5- depending on which terminal you flew in) followed by a letter (A through H) and sometimes followed by the couple "LL". This final "LL" set only stands for "Lower Level" and is of no interest to us (you must be on the lower level when you contact us).

Once you have all your luggage, attended to any other needs and identified the door number, contact our dispatchers at toll free (877) 700-4022 or local
(312) 545-0621. Be prepared to provide your name, confirmation number and the door/vestibule number. Once our dispatcher has identified your trip, you will be asked to proceed to the middle isle (lane) - this is the isle designated for limousine pick ups. (If you arrived at Terminal 5 you need to proceed to door/vestibule number 5D first isle - just as you walk out the door.) Our dispatcher will also provide a brief description (make, model and color) and the license plate number of the vehicle assigned to you. Please be prepared to remember it or write it down. If you forget it, please contact us immediately. Getting in the wrong vehicle will be considered a no show.

Depending on the time of day, traffic at O'Hare and the terminal you are at, it will take our vehicle anywhere between 3 and 7 minutes to get from the staging area to your pick up location. Please be aware that sometimes, due to heavy traffic caused by a large number of flights arriving at the same time and delays, our vehicle may need more than that (it could even take up to 20 minutes). We understand that this can be frustrating, but please do not leave your pick up location.

 

Pick Up at O'Hare with "Meet and Greet" Service (domestic flights, including Canada and Puerto Rico - terminals 1, 2 and 3)

Please proceed to the baggage claim area designated for your flight (even if you do not need to claim any luggage). That is where our driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.

If, for any reason, you cannot locate our driver, please contact us immediately. Please do not leave the area.

 

Pick Up at O'Hare with "Meet and Greet" Service (international flights - terminal 5)

Our driver will be waiting for you outside customs at gate A or B, depending on which gate your plane has been assigned to. If, for any reason, you cannot locate our driver, please do not leave the area. Unfortunately, the screens in the terminal sometimes provide the wrong information as to which gate you are supposed to be coming out. Our driver may very well be at the other gate. If you still can't locate him/her (sometimes terminal 5 can get really crowded and passengers can easily be lost in the multitude of signs with names), please go to the information desk (located between gates A and B) and ask one of the airport employees to page our driver (make sure you give them the same name you gave us).

In case all of the above fails, please contact us immediately. Please do not leave the area.

 

Pick Up at Midway without "Meet and Greet" Service

Follow the signs to the baggage claim area assigned to your flight. After you collected all of your luggage and attended to any other needs, please identify door/vestibule number 2. Please use this door to proceed outside to the middle isle (lane). If you do not have any luggage to claim, please proceed to the lower level of the airport (arrivals), identify door/vestibule number 2 and walk out to the middle isle (lane).

Once you are outside on the middle isle (lane) at door/vestibule number 2, please contact our dispatchers at toll free (877) 700-4022 or local (312) 545-0621. Please be prepared to provide your name and your confirmation number. Once our dispatcher identifies your trip, you will be provided with a brief description (make, model, color) of the vehicle assigned to you as well as its license plate number. Please be prepared to remember it or write it down. If you forget it, please contact us immediately. Getting in the wrong vehicle will be considered a no show.

Depending on the time of day and traffic at Midway, it will take our vehicle anywhere between 2 and 6 minutes to get from the staging area to your pick up location. Please be aware that sometimes, due to heavy traffic caused by a large number of flights arriving at the same time and delays, our vehicle may need more than that (it could even take up to 15 minutes). We understand that this can be frustrating but please do not leave your pick up location.

 

Pick Up at Midway with "Meet and Greet" Service

Please proceed towards the lower level baggage claim area designated for your flight. There is only one set of stairs that leads to Midway's lower level baggage claim area. You will see our driver with a sign with your name on it waiting at the bottom of these stairs. If you will be using an elevator please either proceed to these stairs or contact us so we can send our driver to the carousel designated for your flight.

If, for any reason, you cannot locate our driver, please contact us immediately. Please do not leave the area.
